Poppy’s operate a 14 day return policy from point of sale. Please note the item/s must be received back at Poppy’s Childrens Boutique with in 14 days. Should we receive the item/s outside of this 14 day period a refund/ exchange will not be issued. In this case we will be happy to return your item back to you however you will be charged postage.
We will process your return on the same day we receive your item/s, once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank/ Paypal to process your refund.

If you wish to return a parcel:

  1. Repackage the item in the original packaging.
  2. Complete the Returns label that is on your dispatch note including the reason for the return.
  3. Ensure you indicate either a cash refund or exchange. If you do not choose an option the cash will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
  4. Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.
